Breathwork is an active meditation fueled by a consistent, conscious breathing technique. It’s a powerful tool to help you quiet your mind, connect with your body and heart, release stuck energy and emotion, dissolve stress and anxiety, and experience deeper levels of connection.

 

Hi, I’m Bonnie Coberly.

I’m a certified holistic health coach, breathwork practitioner, yoga teacher, and facilitator with nearly 20 years of experience as a health and wellness entrepreneur. Providing support to help you heal yourself and honor your body’s innate wisdom is my truest passion in life.

My passion for this work— and specifically, breathwork— springs from my own long healing journey. It began 25 years years ago when I was diagnosed with a chronic digestive disorder. It continued over the next two decades as I navigated the choppy waters of my entrepreneurial life, eventually leading to such deep burnout, I honestly did not know if I would ever fully recover. But I have. And breathwork has been a big reason why.

After selling my organic food business in 2015, I reconnected with my teaching roots and began offering services that help you develop self-care habits to boost your physical, mental and emotional health. My holistic approach provides you with a range of tools and practices that help fuel your growth, happiness and well-being so you can live life to the fullest without burning out. Breathwork is one of the incredible tools that I am deeply honored to share.

Individual Sessions

The deepest and most personalized way to work together is through an 75-minute 1:1 session. We’ll begin with some guided questions to help you uncover your intentions and what you’d like to explore.

Then we’ll move into a 50-minute guided breathwork journey, supported by music. We’ll complete our session with an integration of what emerged in your healing experience.

 

Groups, Workshops
& Wellness Retreats

There is a special magic that happens when we gather in community to breathe, connect and heal—together. I offer in-person breathwork workshops in the Boulder and Denver areas and on my property in the mountains of Nederland, along with virtual group gatherings. Each gathering will help you experience the power of connecting with your body and your breath, along with a little help from your friends.

My retreats include a combination of breathwork, personal reflection, movement, outdoor adventure and deep communion with nature. As you disconnect from the busyness of daily life, you’ll reconnect deeply with yourself.
