Individual Breathwork Session

The deepest and most personalized way to work together is through an 1:1 session. We’ll begin with some guided questions to help you uncover where you most need support, what you’d like to release, and to set some intentions for your session. Then we’ll move into a guided breathwork journey, supported by music and essential oils. We’ll complete our session with sharing and integration of what emerged in your healing experience. I am currently offering remote sessions via Zoom and in-person sessions in my healing space in the mountains of Nederland.
75 minutes: $195 || 60 minutes: $165 (*new clients will always start with a 75 minute session*)

 

Groups & Workshops

There is a special magic that happens when we gather in community to breathe, connect and heal—together. I offer in-person breathwork workshops in Colorado and beyond, in addition to leading virtual group experiences to help you experience the power of connecting with your body and your breath. Holistic Health Coaching

Breathwork is one tool that I use among a variety of other support tools that can help you live your healthiest, happiest life. As a certified health coach, I look at health and healing through a fully holistic lens. Together, we'll develop the practices and strategies that work best for you to shape your personal foundation: nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and spiritual connection, all uniquely designed to help you tap into the way you most desire to feel. We'll shine a light on dark places, re-align your priorities, ground into healthy practices, and clear space for more joy. Mini-Retreats

Mini-retreats on my 5 acre property in the stunning mountains of Nederland are a nourishing and rejuvenating reset. As you disconnect from the busyness of daily life, you will reconnect deeply with yourself. You’ll enjoy sleeping and relaxing in our two cabins, receive a nourishing breakfast each morning, create deep openings through a daily guided breathwork practice, explore outside, and connect with the medicine of the mountains and the trees. Each mini-retreat is 3 days and 2 nights for groups of 1-4 people.

I also guest facilitate retreat experiences for groups and teams, and can provide breathwork group facilitation if you’re looking for support with your retreat or event. Reach out to me if you want to discuss more details.
